Discovery and assessment

Architecture design
We design the target architecture: C4 diagrams, service definitions, resilience patterns, security model and cost estimation. All documented and reviewed with your team before starting.
Implementation and automation
We build infrastructure as code, configure CI/CD pipelines, deploy clusters and test the architecture under real load. Every piece is automated and documented.
Continuous optimisation
Once in production, we periodically review costs, performance and security. We apply Well-Architected Tool recommendations and adapt the architecture as your business evolves.
